Refund Method
As all orders are placed on Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued via bank transfer to an account of your choice.
Bank details are shared securely with our team over email once your return is approved.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return, and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days thereafter.
Deductions
A nominal reverse-shipping fee may be deducted for returns not caused by damage, defect or wrong item shipped.
